Your responsibilities
- Provide hands-on internal support to our FinOps team, assisting in building automations and reports for our processes, using Cloud Native and 3rd party tools.
- Cloud management from FinOps perspective; tagging, users management, policies etc.
- Continuously explore new solution engineering tools, cloud technologies, and best practices, sharing findings with the team to keep our service offerings at the cutting edge.
- Create and share technical documentation and training resources that empower internal teams to thrive.
Requirements description
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a cloud-based company.
- Familiarity with AWS- must. Other cloud providers are a big advantage.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with cloud technology tools (such as CloudFormation, QuickSight, S3 Lens, BigQuery, SCP Policies).
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with SQL, Python.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen eye for detail in resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a customer-facing role.
- A passion for cloud technology, learning, and supporting clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advantage).
