Salesforce Cloud Consultant

This role reports to a dedicated Project Manager and will be responsible for configuring and implementing Experience Cloud solutions that drive customer and partner engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into a seamless Experience Cloud implementation, ensuring delivery excellence and optimising customer ROI on the platform.

Your role in the team will include

• Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
• Configure Experience Cloud sites, including page layouts, navigation, branding, and permissions.
• Work within existing customisations, enhancing functionality while ensuring scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define best practices.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and third-party applications.
• Provide guidance on security, governance, and best practices within Experience Cloud.
• Design and optimise Salesforce Flows to automate business processes efficiently.
• Support UAT, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for you if you have

• 3+ years of Experience in Cloud
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification
• Platform App Builder Certification
• Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Flow
• Strong knowledge of sharing rules and user roles, permissions
• Salesforce Administration and Platform App Builder certifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
