Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a dedicated UX researcher to work with our distributed cross-functional team on a B2E user-centered educational platform.

Job requirements
What would make you a good candidate for the position
- 4+ years of relevant experience in UX research
- Practical experience with collecting qualitative and quantitative user feedback
- Experience in various research methods and ability to choose the best method for a project and plan the full research session
- Ability to define measurable KPIs and OKRs for a project
- Strong communication skills and remote work experience
- Experience in running exploratory research
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to create context-rich knowledge artifacts
- Good communication skills in English and German
- Ability to work using the usual tools like Miro, Maze, Zoom, SurveyMonkey
What would be your responsibilities
- Plan and execute usability research both quantitative and qualitative
- Plan and execute in-depth user interviews
- Gather business requirements, plan and co-facilitate workshops
- Work with teams to maintain and grow UCD culture
- Closely collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
Workflow and team dynamics
- A fully-remote position
- You will be working with a distributed cross-functional team
- Team works with Kanban using the newest tech available
