We are looking for a dedicated senior designer to work with our distributed cross-functional team on a b2e user-centered educational platform.

What would make you a good candidate for the position
- 4+ years of relevant experience designing user oriented interfaces
- Experience in designing both for desktop and mobile
- Experience in motion design on the level required for crafting native-like app animations
- Experience in building a structured asset libraries
- Experience in introducing standardised approach to design creation
- Experience in creating multi-layered and cross-channel design systems
What would be your responsibilities
- Creating high-impact, integrated concepts and designs for different digital channels
- Providing standards and direction for other designers in the company
- Applying consistency and continuity of brand across a variety of channels
- Cultivating UCD based culture in design domain in the company
- Creating and maintaining a design system and an asset library up to par with top industry standards
- Work closely with concept team to monitor and introduce newest design trends
