SF Platform & Media Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer the Salesforce Platform, managing metadata, permission sets, and org hygiene.

• Configure Media Cloud elements such as product catalogues, order management, and billing.

• Execute platform migration patterns, cutover planning, and post-migration regression testing.

• Manage releases, CI/CD pipeline governance, and sandbox refresh strategies.

• Identify and remediate technical debt blocking platform features.

• Maintain thorough documentation and migration runbooks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience.

• Exposure to Media Cloud or Revenue Cloud is strongly preferred.

• Prior platform migration experience is a key differentiator.

• Reliable, structured delivery approach with a strong awareness of cross-cloud dependency risks.
