Cloud Engineer (Mid/Senior)

Project description:

You will join a project for a client from the media sector, focused on building and maintaining scalable cloud environments supporting digital platforms and content delivery. The team works on modern, cloud-native solutions with a strong emphasis on automation, reliability and performance.

The environment is based on AWS and Kubernetes, with infrastructure managed as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines enabling fast and safe deployments. The project involves close collaboration with international teams and offers the opportunity to work on high-traffic systems used by end users at scale.

Responsibilities: 

• designing, building and managing multiple AWS-based environments,

• developing Terraform modules,

• automating deployments,

• investigating problems with Kubernetes clusters and workloads.

Must have skills:​

• working knowledge and best practices in :

  • Terraform,

  • Kubernetes (helm, secrets management, different LB controllers, managing deployments),

  • AWS,

  • shell-scripting,

• substantial experience with CICD and automation,

• communicative English

• experience in working independently and delivering complete environments based on business requirements, preferably in international teams.

Nice to have skills:

• GitLab, Terraform Enterprise, Dynatrace, DataDog.
