Job Description
Supporting the Software Asset Managers in keeping control of the licenses that are being used within the IT Company.
Responsibilities
- Control of the license cost according to the financial framework
- Administration of license purchase orders
- Cost control: Make sure that all license costs are managed
- Secure all cost are recharged in a correct way. Assisting the Software Asset Manager to measure and keep track of license usage
- License Management: Keep record of all purchased licenses and license agreements. In good time notify concerned parties when a agreement is up for renewal
- Purchase order administration: Creation of purchase basket in purchase system. Responsible for that the order is approved by managers involved. Contact towards the supplier regarding questions about supplier invoicing problems.
Qualifications
- You have a general IT background
- Preferable you have experience from working with License Management
- You are a team player that wants to work within a global delivery. You always strive to do your best and have a good sense to deliver high quality all the time. You like structure and are solution oriented
- We need somebody with good English skills
- Quick learner
- Deliver high quality of data at constant level,
- Detail-oriented
- Preferably with some background or knowledge in Finance
- Structured
- Solution-oriented
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Good communication
- Team player
- Experience with working in license management (nice-to-have)
- Exeperience in SAP (finance) is a plus
- PowerBI skills (nice-to-have)
