Your Contribution 

• Implementation of change request on the modules (Learning, Recruiting and Onboarding)
• Implementation if new functions or overall implementation within new countries / regions
• Work on regular release changes
• Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment 
• Solution design, customization, implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes 
• Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface/integration with corresponding systems or Add-On’s 
• Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Around 3 years of experience in advising and implementing SAP SuccessFactors 
• Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education 
• Fluent in English 
• Understand the overall SF platform and the data flow and cross-module effects
• Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation) 
• SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial 
• Ability to work on own initiative, in a team environment 
• Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT system
