Workday Principal Consultant

About the role:

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Integrations. Experience with Prism and Extend is a plus. This role involves developing and maintaining Workday solutions that drive our business forward and enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide expertise in Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design and development of Workday integrations using Workday Studio EIB and other tools.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Workday applications by implementing best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications and integrations.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Workday solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design coding testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Workday solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Document technical specifications configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Experience:

• Workday Integration Certifications or relevant experience
• Experience across different integrations tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio
• Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage client's expectations
• Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
• Thrive on simultaneously operating at multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities
• Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed
