We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong UX expertise to join a product team behind one of Poland’s most widely used smart-shopping platforms. This is a hands-on position with full UX ownership, focused on improving and optimising user journeys across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and own end-to-end UX and UI for mobile and web platforms
Map and optimise high-conversion journeys (e.g., registration, loyalty, cashback)
Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and competitor benchmarking
Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs (Figma)
Deliver clean design assets and collaborate with developers (Zeplin, SVG/PNG handoff)
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile setup (Jira, Confluence)
Run A/B and multivariate tests and analyse behaviour via Hotjar, GA, or Amplitude
Define and maintain UI kits, style guides, and reusable component libraries
Apply accessibility standards and best practices in UX writing
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on UX for consumer apps
Proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping) or Sketch
Experience using Hotjar, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools
Solid knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Familiarity with Material Design and Apple HIG
Skilled in usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and UX writing
Experience with Zeplin, Jira, Confluence, and Abstract
Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, loyalty, or cashback industries
Familiarity with native or hybrid mobile app design delivery
