We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team and provide top-tier support to our US-based clients. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with global teams, and develop your skills in the fast-paced world of business and IT integration.
What you’ll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong and lasting relationships
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for seamless project implementations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on release management, compliance, and service desk operations
Identify opportunities for service improvements and ensure SLAs are consistently met
Provide first-line service desk support as needed (some 24/7 availability may be required).
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (Master’s students also welcome!)
2 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with financial services software, APIs, and tools like Postman
Basic knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, C/C++, or VB.NET
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving
