Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Tech Lead who excels in backend development and knows how to lead a small team effectively. If you’re ready to make a real impact on product and technology, this opportunity is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of core features for our SaaS platform
• Architect and optimize a microservices backend using FastAPI and Django
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and deploy with Kubernetes (GKE, Cloud Run)
• Oversee GCP cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to execute the product roadmap and technical strategy
• Implement Agile methodologies, conduct code reviews, and uphold high coding standards

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Expertise in FastAPI & Django
• Strong knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes (GKE), and GCP
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab pipelines, infrastructure as code
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Frontend experience (Angular) is a plus
• AI & LLM knowledge
• Cybersecurity expertise
• Experience with AWS or Azure
