System Analyst

We are looking for a System Analyst who will play a key role in our team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and optimize our systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business and system processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for system changes
• Work closely with development teams to define system functionalities and integrations
• Design and document system interactions, including REST and SOAP API specifications
• Support the testing and validation of system modifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Assist in monitoring and improving system performance and security

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and system documentation tools
• Experience with API integration and working with REST and SOAP services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and integrations
• Previous exposure to payment systems or financial services
