Job description

At Madiff, we connect top IT talent with cutting-edge companies through remote Agile teams and nearshore outsourcing. With operations in Poland, Portugal, France, and the UK, we specialize in AI, DevOps, and Cybersecurity – supporting industries like Telecom, Banking, and Hi-Tech.

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer ready to deliver high-impact enterprise solutions? Would you like to join a long-term programme where you can design and implement secure, scalable integrations and workflows – with the opportunity to explore AI-driven extensions?

We are looking for multiple ServiceNow Developers to strengthen our growing delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, flows and integrations

  • Build and customise Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes and scripted REST APIs

  • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions and deliver working prototypes quickly

  • Implement secure integration patterns (OAuth2, certificate management, role-based access)

  • Provide technical documentation, test artefacts and runbooks

  • Support testing, UAT, rollout and stabilisation phases

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

  • Strong JavaScript / Glide API skills

  • Solid expertise with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external APIs

  • Ability to work in agile, fast-paced delivery teams

  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and ServiceNow’s Now Assist capabilities

  • Familiarity with RAG/vector database integrations or LLM providers

What we offer:

  • Fully remote work set-up

  • Comprehensive medical care

  • Long-term opportunity to shape GenAI adoption in highly regulated, high-impact industries
