SAP Business Analyst – IT Infrastructure / Cloud Applications

🧠 About the Role

We're seeking a SAP Business Analyst with a focus on IT Infrastructure and Cloud Applications to join a strategic project within the enterprise software industry. This is a remote role based in Poland, ideal for someone with a strong grasp of ITIL, Cloud Architecture, CMDB, and Asset Management.

This position sits at the intersection of business analysis, IT infrastructure strategy, and project coordination, supporting governance, cloud operations, and integration efforts across global systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document current IT infrastructure and cloud application landscapes

• Visualize and present findings to development teams

• Analyze integration of existing IT architectures into a CMDB solution (conceptual level)

• Collaborate closely with SAP Cloud Solutions product teams

• Develop and maintain data models and data flow diagrams

• Understand dependencies across systems and ensure data consistency across integrations

• Support the data integration team by mapping requirements across Kubernetes and other environments

• Validate and document use cases for existing integrations

• Submit development requests and contribute to requirements engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Experience with requirements engineering and data modeling

• Understanding of IT Asset Management, virtual servers, and databases

• Ability to map system dependencies and identify data sources

• Familiarity with ITIL, CMDB, and Cloud Architecture

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional, international teams

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• High level of responsibility, adaptability, and proactive mindset

• Experience with Kubernetes environments

• Previous involvement in data flow diagram creation during system integration

• Exposure to DevOps, Agile, or enterprise architecture frameworks
