SAP ChaRM Specialist

Are you an SAP expert passionate about change control, testing, and solution documentation?

We are looking for a hands-on SAP Operations / ALM Specialist with deep expertise in ChaRM, Test Workbench, and Solution Documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Govern and operate ChaRM processes: ticket lifecycle, transports, approvals, emergency fixes, release management.

• Configure and manage transport workflows (CTS/CTS+) across SAP landscapes.

• Run Test Workbench: design plans, manage test cases, execute cycles, report results.

• Maintain accurate Solution Documentation: process maps, requirements traceability, implementation records.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure safe transport handling and cutover readiness.

• Drive release quality gates, produce audit artefacts, and support compliance needs.

• Troubleshoot ChaRM/Test issues, improve workflows, and coach teams on best practices.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (7.1 / 7.2) in production.

• Proven deep expertise in ChaRM / transport management (CTS/CTS+).

• Strong knowledge of Test Workbench: test plan creation, case management, execution, and reporting.

• Practical experience with Solution Documentation: process maps, requirement links, and implementation documentation.

• Good understanding of SAP landscape topologies across DEV/QA/PROD.

• Experience supporting SAP releases and cutovers, including emergency transport handling.

• Ability to read ABAP logs and coordinate with developers.

• Audit/compliance awareness: preparing artefacts and evidence for audits.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Focused Build / Focused Run.

• Knowledge of automated testing tools integrated with Solution Manager (eCATT, CBTA, third-party).

• Exposure to cloud-hosted SAP landscapes (HANA, S/4HANA migrations).

• Experience with third-party transport orchestration tools.
