Project Orchestration Lead (PM)

Are you an experienced delivery leader who thrives at the intersection of AI, technology and business? We are currently looking for Project Orchestration Lead PMs to support a large-scale enterprise AI transformation programme in the consulting and financial services industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master delivery plan across all AI-related workstreams

• Drive planning, prioritisation, execution tracking and reporting cadence

• Ensure full visibility of risks, dependencies, scope and delivery readiness

• Facilitate decision-making with senior technical and business stakeholders

• Proactively resolve delivery blockers before they impact timelines

• Coordinate execution across engineering, data, architecture and product teams

• Shape clear, structured communication for leadership and programme stakeholders

• Ensure delivery governance and internal frameworks are consistently followed

• Maintain roadmap stability and alignment across parallel initiatives

• Provide transparent progress updates and milestone forecasting

What we are looking for

• 4 + years of experience in project or programme delivery within complex enterprise environments

• Proven background supporting or coordinating AI-driven initiatives, including exposure to LLM-based solutions

• Strong ability to structure ambiguity and simplify complex delivery landscapes

• Excellent senior-level communication and stakeholder management skills

• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban and structured delivery governance

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring predictable execution

• Strong knowledge of risk management and executive-level reporting

• Confidence to challenge constructively and drive alignment across teams
