Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of high-impact payment projects across international markets

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe and North America

• Ensure effective project planning, governance, and risk management

• Manage dependencies and drive timely execution

• Facilitate communication between engineering, QA, compliance, and business stakeholders

• Maintain clear documentation and stakeholder alignment

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

• Minimum 2 years working with international teams (US, Canada, or UK preferred)

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project governance frameworks

• Proven experience in managing risks, timelines, and delivery pipelines

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in Polish and English – both written and verbal

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in payment processing, fintech, or financial services

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking tools

• PM certifications (Scrum, PMP, Prince2)
