About the Role

We are seeking a recruiter with an engineering background (degree or hands-on experience in software, QA, data, or IT) who wants to combine technical expertise with modern, AI-powered recruitment. This is a full-cycle recruiter position where you will use both your domain knowledge and the latest automation tools to run and optimise all recruitment activities.


What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Proactively source and connect with IT/engineering candidates via direct search, networking, and next-gen sourcing tools (HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut, etc.)
  2. Screen CVs and evaluate candidate profiles with a sharp technical eye
  3. Conduct interviews covering both technical skills and soft competencies
  4. Coordinate hiring processes with project leads and technical stakeholders
  5. Own candidate pipelines from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
  6. Apply AI and automation (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Loxo, Zapier, Make, etc.) to boost productivity in sourcing, messaging, scheduling, and more
  7. Support employer branding and talent marketing using AI-driven content tools (Canva, Copy.ai, etc.)
  8. Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, and suggest process improvements driven by automation and data


What You Bring

  1. Technical background (education or experience in software development, QA, data, or related fields)
  2. Proven recruitment experience, preferably in tech/IT domains
  3. Familiarity with AI tools or automation in any recruitment phase
  4. Excellent communication skills in both English (C1) and Polish
  5. Self-driven, well-organized, and eager to work independently in a dynamic environment


Bonus Points For

  1. Experience with automated recruitment workflows or CRM integrations
  2. Involvement in employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
