Are you a delivery-driven Data Engineer who can build and run cloud-scale data platforms in Azure - and feel confident working hands-on in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks?

We’re hiring Data Engineers for an urgent engagement focused on building and operating modern cloud-based data platforms on Azure, supporting analytics, reporting, and advanced data-driven use cases. You’ll join an international engineering team with strong delivery standards, and you’ll contribute directly to implementation quality and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data solutions in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks

• Implement and maintain cloud-based data solutions on Azure

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, and Databricks

• Build transformations and processing logic using PySpark

• Develop data engineering scripts and services in Python

• Ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing

• Collaborate with the team and support less experienced engineers

• Follow delivery standards and contribute to internal ways of working

What we are looking for

• Min. 1 year hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric

• Min. 2 years hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, and Python

• Strong experience with Python libraries such as Pandas and SQLAlchemy

• Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure Data Factory, ADLS, SQL Server, and Key Vault

• Understanding of data architecture concepts: OLTP, OLAP, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Fabric

• Experience with at least one ETL tool: Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue

  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with Git and version control

• Docker and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps)

• Programming experience in Python, Java, or C#

• Exposure to GenAI tools such as Copilot, agents, or Cursor

• Knowledge of MLOps practices

• Cloud or Databricks certifications
