Are you ready to influence strategic decision-making in a large-scale banking environment through data-driven insights?

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a long-term programme focused on modernising and optimising the reporting ecosystem within a leading organisation from the banking sector.

This is a strategic role within a reporting and analytics stream that strengthens decision support across finance, risk, operations, and customer domains. You will not only maintain reports - you will actively shape and enhance the BI landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of advanced Power BI reports and interactive dashboards

• Close collaboration with stakeholders from finance, risk, and operations to gather, analyse, and refine reporting requirements

• Optimisation of reporting processes and analytical standards

• Writing and optimisation of complex SQL queries and database procedures

• Ensuring high data quality, consistency, and performance of BI solutions

• Supporting scalable and automated reporting aligned with business-critical and regulatory needs

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics roles

• Experience with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard development

• Very good knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries

• Experience working with structured banking or financial data

• Solid understanding of data modelling concepts

• Experience in structured enterprise environments, ideally within the banking sector

• Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery models

• Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder-facing interactions
