About the Role

Are you a tech student or recent engineering graduate who lives and breathes AI? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and sales field, while applying the latest AI tools and automation? What You’ll Do

1. Experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance recruitment and sales strategies
2. Automate and streamline repetitive tasks using AI and low-code platforms
3. Research new AI trends and suggest improvements to sourcing, communication, and data management
4. Take ownership of mini-projects and pilots — test, analyze, and present actionable results
5. Learn the ropes of recruitment and business development at a fast-scaling, international tech company

What We’re Looking For

1. A student or recent graduate in engineering, IT, or a similar technical field
2. Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.
3. Curiosity and creativity in applying AI to solve real-world problems
4. A self-starter mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
5. English proficiency at B2 level or above

Nice to Have

1. Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and workflow automation
2. Interest in recruitment, sales, or HR tech
3. Basic programming skills (e.g., Python)
