We would be honored, if you would enrich our team with your experience as a Senior .NET Developer!
What skills are we looking for?
- at least 5 years of professional experience in C# and .NET
- strong .NET design and development hands on experience in Microsoft latest technology stack (.NET core, C# , API’s etc.)
- expertise in analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of various types of applications
- experience in designing and developing distributed applications
- knowledge of modern software development methods (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, TDD etc.)
- strong communication skills
- fluent spoken and written English
Will be a plus:
- experience with React/Angular/Blazor
- experience in WPF
- experience in C++
- experience in developing production processes software
- experience in working with SCRUM methodology
How do we work?
- we have 2 offices: in Poznań/Poland and in Monchengladbach/Germany
- part of us work fully remotely, another part on a hybrid way, and there are also enthusiasts of the office work – it’s totally up to you!

What does our recruitment process look like?
- Short technical interview – 30 minutes video call with our Technical Leader about your experience, via Microsoft Teams. We will send you a question about your availability and we will adjust the meeting time to you.
- General interview – a more extended meeting with a company presentation part, after which you will know us better. The meeting also consists of the extended technical part and soft skills questions. Usually takes about 100-120 minutes.
- Practical task – which is an option and if we are 100% sure, we will not waste your time. Otherwise, this is a great opportunity for you to show your real skills and enchant us!
