We are currently looking for a Senior UX Research for a new project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilitating workshops with users and stakeholders

• Familiarity with Design Patterns and Design Systems

• Hands-on knowledge of Design Thinking methodology

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure)

• Experience in conducting desk research

• Ability to create interactive prototypes

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level

Responsibilities:

• Leading and facilitating design workshops with stakeholders and users

• Designing user journeys, initial concepts, and low-to-mid fidelity wireframes

• Creating personas, empathy maps, barrier matrices, and other UX artifacts

• Building interactive prototypes and validating solutions

• Synthesizing research insights and turning them into design recommendations

• Preparing user research reports and presenting findings to clients
