As Pentacomp, we create IT solutions that combine innovation with years of experience - and we have quite a lot of it. We've been in the market for nearly 30 years and have successfully delivered many projects.

We are currently looking for a Python Fullstack Developer for a new project.

• Hybrid work: 2 days per week from one of our offices in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź, or Warsaw.

• Rate up to 170 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B contract)

We are seeking a proactive developer who can collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Analysts to refine business requirements into high-quality technical designs and working software. The role focuses on data transformation and AI-driven data enrichment to ensure all parties operate in line with rules and regulations, using modern automation and AI-powered approaches to maximize efficiency.

You will build data integrations, transformation logic, and microservices; work with various databases and APIs; ensure data completeness and reconciliation; and develop deployment pipelines. The role also involves applying LLMs both within the solutions (e.g., for data enrichment) and to support your development work. Some front-end development is included, though to a lesser extent.

Your background and skills include:

• Advanced experience in Python development and configuration

• Intermediate experience working with LLMs

• Cloud experience, preferably AWS

• Experience with REST API frameworks in Python

• Knowledge of event-driven, microservice-based architectures (a plus)

• Experience working with Kafka/XML data sources

• Knowledge of Flask or similar frameworks

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Oracle PL/SQL

• Knowledge of Kerberos configuration

Nice to have:

• Experience automating deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using tools such as Jenkins/Bamboo, Artifactory (JFrog), Docker, and Kubernetes
