We are currently looking for a MLOps for a new project.

• Full Remote

• Rate up to 175 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B contract)

Requirements:

• Experience in MLOps, AI DevOps, or ML platform engineering

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker

• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow)

• Strong Python skills

• Experience with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tools

• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI)

• Familiarity with data pipelines, feature stores, and cloud-native architectures

• Ability to build and maintain CI/CD for ML and work well in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or other monitoring tools

• Knowledge of ML observability platforms

• Background in compliance, governance, or model risk management

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve MLOps pipelines for training, testing, and deploying ML models

• Manage Kubernetes and Docker-based environments

• Create and run workflows in Airflow, MLflow, or Kubeflow

• Deploy and monitor ML models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)

• Automate CI/CD with a focus on security and reliability

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams
