Integration Systems Engineer

You will manage and improve modern IT systems – integrating platforms to ensure reliable communication between Enterprise-class systems.

We will lead you to become an expert in integration - an interesting area, spanning over many IT layers.

We are looking for fast learning, open minded, IT & technology enthusiastic people. Work at home or hybrid in our office in Gdańsk (depending on the form of cooperation that you prefer).​

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and improve modern IT systems and integration platforms.

• Ensure reliable communication between enterprise-class systems.

• Administer integration systems (e.g., Kafka, TIBCO) including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Participate in projects such as cloud migrations, DevOps initiatives, and CI/CD automation.

• Set up new environments and optimize existing solutions.

• Ensure continuous system availability and monitor system performance.

• Incident, problem, and change management at the integration layer (3rd line support).

• Develop automation and self-service solutions.

Our requirements:

• Linux or Unix administration experience (or power user level).

• Basic scripting or task automation skills.

• Previous experience with integration platforms (Kafka, TIBCO, etc.).

• Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience managing IT systems.

• Familiarity with Windows Server and PowerShell.

• Knowledge of network tools and commands.

• Understanding of SQL databases.

• Readiness to learn cloud-native technologies.

• Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

• Good communication in English and Polish.

• Teamwork skills.

• Willingness to come to our office in Gdańsk two days a week or relocate to Trójmiasto.

    • Standard position 8 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
