Lucky Duck Games, an international tabletop game publisher and now part of the Goliath Group, is expanding into the digital world with the launch of Goliath Digital. As we move into mobile gaming, we are looking for another talented F2P Product Owner to join our new team. As the F2P Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Goliath Digital's future. Your role will involve driving our overall retention and monetization strategy, and ensuring our mobile games captivate players globally. Your expertise in free-to-play (F2P) mobile games and skill in crafting detailed game specs will be essential to our success.
- Develop and lead the retention and monetization strategy for Goliath Digital's games.
- Act as a key stakeholder in developing and evolving the project vision, with a deep understanding of player needs and market opportunities.
- Write clear and detailed specifications for new game features. Analyze results and adapt as necessary.
- Prioritize tasks based on various factors to ensure the team is always working on the most meaningful and impactful items.
- Stay alert to all potential threats to the product's success, including competition, team satisfaction, poor forecasting, or any other risks.
- Analyze and report on the product's performance using internal data, third-party data, and other sources to assess how the game is performing relative to expectations and the wider market.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in the F2P mobile games industry.
- The ability to write detailed and clear game specifications is a must.
- Experience with JIRA is necessary.
- Experience with User Acquisition is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to identify and communicate product improvements, whether related to game performance, features, or team efficiency.
- Excellent command of English and willingness to work in an international environment.
