Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the migration from on-prem Microsoft Dynamics AX with integrated file servers to Cloud ERP Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

• Design, build, and maintain connectors, workflow automations, and data pipelines to ensure smooth integration and interoperability between the old and new systems.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability during ERP migration processes.

• Utilize Azure Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus for workflow orchestration and system integration.

• Provide technical guidance and best practices for ERP integration patterns and API usage.
  

  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in system integration, ERP, or backend development.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft ERP integration patterns, especially Dynamics AX → D365 F&O migrations.

• Proven track record with data migration, connectors, and workflow integration.

• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus for workflow orchestration.

• Solid SQL skills and experience with data modeling and transformations.

• Experience with API design, webhooks, and workflow orchestration tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level).
