Location: Remote/Warsaw 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

🔹 Develop, test, and optimize prompts and context-engineering pipelines to achieve high-quality LLM outputs.

🔹Conduct systematic experiments to evaluate prompt performance and iterate for improvement.

🔹 Create LLM-based solutions into applications.

🔹 Monitor and evaluate AI performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in prompt structures and context orchestration.

🔹 Research and stay ahead of best practices in prompt engineering, context engineering, and applied AI methods.

We need you if you…

✅ Have strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Gemini).

✅ Posses familiarity with context engineering techniques (systematically structuring and managing inputs to LLMs).

✅ Have background in computer science, computational linguistics, data science, or related fields.

✅ Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to design experiments and evaluate model performance.

✅ Have strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex documentation needs into effective prompt designs

✅ Have curiosity and creativity in exploring new use cases for generative AI.

✅ Have experience in medical field (nice to have)
