Hi there!
We’re a bunch of 230+ people on a mission to help people and businesses communicate better and fully express themselves. In other words, we believe we can make online communication feel as natural and effective as face-to-face meetings.
To make that happen, we work in small, independent teams on four different products (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase) and a few additional projects (Global Accounts, Developer Platform, or Marketplace).
If you’re looking for a place where you can deploy your code frequently and have an impact on our mission — apply today! We’re looking for a couple of Frontend Developers to join our internal community of experienced developers.
Right now, you can choose your way and become part of:
- Global Accounts Team — a regular role for a new app that will put all of our products under one roof. This will let our customers use just one account to manage all of the products they signed up for. You’ll be collaborating with a designer and product owner to prepare possibly the best solution.
- KnowledgeBase Team —a regular role for one of our products that helps our clients manage and share knowledge both internally and with the customers. This small team with a start-up vibe consists of one more developer and a designer.
- ChatBot Team —a regular role at the robust platform that gives businesses around the world an extra pair of hands to answer customer questions 24/7. There are 8 people in this team already, and ChatBot is used by over 2,000 paid customers.
- LiveChat Product Team —a senior role for our flagship project — chat widget — used by over 33,000 paid customers worldwide. Join one of the cross-functional autonomous teams working on a big-league product.
