To make that happen, we work on four different products (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase) and a few additional projects (Global Accounts, Developer Platform, or Marketplace) in small, independent teams.

Right now, you can choose your way and become part of:
- Global Accounts Team — join a new service that will let our customers use just one account to manage all of the products they signed up for. You'll be collaborating with a frontend developer, designer and product owner to prepare possibly the best solution. You need 3+ years of experience and confidence in writing production code using Go, MySQL, gRPC, HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with unit tests in the framework of your choice;
- ChatBot Team —a regular role at the robust platform that gives businesses around the world an extra pair of hands to answer customer questions 24/7. There are 8 people in this team already, and ChatBot is used by over 2,000 paid customers. They're looking for 3+ years of experience with Node.js and MongoDB.
- Platform API team Team —join our flagship project — chat widget — used by over 33,000 paid customers worldwide. You'll be member of the Platform API team responsible for developing our core backend services. They are open to all seniority levels, and you should know at least one backend programming language.
