Role Summary

Lion Sales Funnels is a Canadian-led remote company building operational reporting systems for healthcare clinics in the United States.

We integrate multiple systems including:

• EMR software (OpenDental)

• CRM platforms (GoHighLevel)

• Postgres data warehouse

• Grafana dashboards

We are hiring a Data Reconciliation & SQL Operations Specialist responsible for verifying that operational data matches across these systems.

Your work ensures that patient procedures, appointments, and revenue figures shown in dashboards match the source systems.

This is a technical operations and data verification role, not a marketing position.

What You Will Do

• Write SQL queries to validate operational datasets

• Reconcile data between EMR, CRM, and reporting dashboards

• Investigate discrepancies in patient procedures, appointments, and revenue

• Verify data used in Grafana dashboards

• Identify missing or inconsistent records between systems

• Document findings and maintain reconciliation logs

• Work with internal developers and QA to correct data issues

This role is essentially data investigation and operational verification.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills (JOIN, GROUP BY, filtering, aggregation)

• Experience working with relational databases (Postgres preferred)

• Experience verifying or auditing data across systems

• Ability to identify discrepancies in reports or datasets

• Strong written English (C1)

• High attention to detail and structured thinking

Note: Candidates without hands-on SQL experience will not be considered.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with analytics dashboards (Grafana, Looker, PowerBI)

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Experience validating operational or financial datasets

• Exposure to healthcare, clinic, or appointment-based systems

Team Structure

• Leadership: Canada

• Technical team: Southeast Asia

• Clients: United States (healthcare clinics)

The role is internal and technical. No client meetings.
