Workday Integration Consultant

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, including PECI, PICOF, and API-based solutions

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, ensuring alignment with client needs

• Act as a trusted advisor on Workday architecture topics, including areas such as SSO

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, including BAU teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and external vendors

• Identify risks and blockers, proactively escalating them to delivery leadership when necessary

• Support continuous improvement by working within Agile methodologies

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Specialist or in a similar role

• Proven hands-on experience with Workday integrations (PECI, PICOF, APIs)

• Strong architectural and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in Agile frameworks is preferred
