Visual Designer

We’re searching for a Visual Designer to join our team and support the creation of engaging, accessible, and impactful visual materials. In this role, you’ll partner with business stakeholders, content owners, and eLearning developers to turn creative concepts into final learning experiences.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Working closely with business partners and content owners to transform their needs into clear, compelling visual concepts that enhance learning.

• Designing a wide range of visual and multimedia assets—including infographics, module layouts, gamification elements, animations, videos, motion graphics, and GIFs—for various eLearning initiatives.

• Exploring brand possibilities and proposing fresh visual layouts and assets that strengthen the learning impact.

• Collaborating with eLearning developers to translate ideas into polished visual and motion-based solutions.

• Preparing organized, well-structured design files ready for seamless handoff to developers.

• Participating in diverse projects for multiple business units, offering plenty of room to apply and grow your creative skills.

What we expect from you:

• Practical experience in visual design (graphic and multimedia), ideally with exposure to eLearning content creation.

• Strong foundation in layout, composition, typography, color theory, and core visual design principles.

• Ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear, engaging visuals for users of various ages.

• A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas, brainstorm, and consider different solutions.

• Organized, proactive, detail-driven, and committed to producing high-quality deliverables.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Communicative level of English.

• A portfolio that demonstrates a broad range of design work.

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects at once.
