UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong product thinking and exceptional hands-on design skills to join a team building modern digital platforms and customer-facing solutions.

The ideal candidate is a Figma expert with experience designing complex products, customer/self-service portals, or banking/enterprise solutions, and has practical experience working on AI-related features, products, or user experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer

  • Expert-level knowledge of Figmaadvanced prototyping

• Proven experience designing complex digital products and platforms

• Commercial experience working on AI-related products, AI-powered features, copilots, chat interfaces, recommendation systems, automation flows, or intelligent user experiences

• Experience with:

  • banking

  • fintech

  • customer self-service portals (CSM/customer portals)

  • enterprise platforms

• Strong UX and product thinking skills

• Ability to translate business and user needs into intuitive product experiences

• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders

• Strong understanding of:

  • user-centered design

  • interaction design

  • information architecture

  • accessibility

  • responsive design

• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process and modern UI execution

• English min. B2

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for digital products and platforms

• Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma

• Design and optimize AI-enhanced user journeys and intelligent workflows

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams

• Contribute to and maintain design systems

• Improve usability and overall product experience across platforms

• Participate in product discovery, workshops, and UX strategy discussions

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or fintech domain

• Experience conducting usability testing and user research

• Familiarity with front-end technologies

• Experience working in agile product environments
