Technical Solution Lead PM

Role Overview

The Technical Solution Lead serves as the vital bridge connecting business operations with the IT and Digital ecosystems. The primary focus of this role is to evaluate the technical feasibility of new initiatives, ensure alignment with corporate enterprise architecture, and guarantee adherence to security and data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate operational business requirements into high-level technical blueprints and vendor-ready specifications.

• Evaluate the technological feasibility of new strategic initiatives prior to funding and investment approval.

• Support the integration of core enterprise business systems, data platforms, and management tools into the broader IT architecture.

• Ensure all deployed solutions strictly comply with corporate architecture, security, and data governance frameworks.

• Design and oversee end-to-end data flows between applications to guarantee data quality, consistency, and availability.

• Promote the standardization, scalability, and reusability of technology assets across the assigned business domain.

• Partner with external vendors and validate the technical quality and alignment of delivered solutions.

• Proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks to enhance organizational agility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in positions such as Solution Architect, Technical Business Analyst, IT Project Lead, or Technical Lead.

• Strong background in system integration methodologies (including APIs, ETL, and enterprise integration patterns).

• Solid understanding of major global cloud platforms.

• Proven experience with corporate data modeling and complex enterprise data flows.

• Prior experience working within highly regulated frameworks or compliance-driven environments (e.g., GDPR, data privacy, or strict quality standards) is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

• Experience navigating complex, federated IT environments with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Fluency in both English and Polish.
