Technical Delivery Lead 🚀

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of digital products, platform implementations, and integration initiatives. This role combines hands-on delivery management with cross-functional coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate is confident in managing delivery activities independently, working closely with product and technology teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project delivery activities in line with agreed timelines and objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, project teams, analysts, and developers to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate dependencies, risks, and blockers impacting delivery.

• Support sprint planning, resource allocation, and effective utilization of team capabilities.

• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes to increase predictability, efficiency, and quality.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

• Prepare project updates, status reports, and progress tracking for stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in IT project delivery, project management, or a similar delivery-focused role.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Professional level of English enabling smooth collaboration in an international environment.
