About the Role

Key Responsibilities

✅ AI & Software Architecture – Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring they align with business and technical objectives.

✅ Project Leadership – Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.

✅ AI & ML Innovation – Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies.

✅ Best Practices & Security – Establish coding standards, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

✅ Scalability & Performance – Analyze and optimize solutions to meet efficiency and scalability requirements.

✅ Monitoring & Optimization – Implement continuous monitoring and improvement processes for AI systems.

✅ Full SDLC Expertise – Oversee the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

✅ API Development & Integration – Design and implement APIs for seamless model deployment and system integration.

✅ Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead and mentor developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

✅ AI Strategy – Contribute to the strategic vision for AI initiatives within the organization.

Tech Stack & Skills Required

🔹 Programming: Proficiency in Python, knowledge of C#/.NET

🔹 DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI

🔹 Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation

🔹 Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

🔹 Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP and their DevOps services

🔹 Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana

🔹 API Development: Ability to design and implement APIs for AI model deployment
