Tech Lead .NET React

Looking for a curious, open-minded Tech Lead to guide a small, agile team exploring the frontiers of AI. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, questions assumptions, and collaborates closely with Product Managers to shape the right solutions, not just build what's asked.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a cross-functional team working on AI-powered solutions.

• Partner with PMs to define and refine product direction.

• Explore what’s possible with AI—prototype, test, and iterate.

• Navigate uncertainty and adapt across diverse technical scenarios.

What you bring:

• Strong experience in .NET, React, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• A hands-on development mindset with a willingness to try new languages and tools.

• A collaborative spirit and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.

• Bonus: Python knowledge and awareness of AI/ML frameworks.

• Kubernetes or Python
