Responsibilities:
- Develop modern processes for customers in traditional banking environments (branches, contact centers).
- Design solutions with a mature understanding of client needs, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Enhance business-delivered solutions and system architecture.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in IT projects as a system analyst, preferably in the financial sector.
- Ability to analyze client needs and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in IT system modeling.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts (SOA, Web Services: REST and SOAP) and experience with tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Kibana.
- Experience in designing solutions based on microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence tools.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of UML.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architect or other CASE tools.
- Understanding of distributed IT system architecture.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Ability to read and understand source code in C# or other object-oriented languages.
