System Analyst

System Analyst

Warsaw/Remote

You will be responsible for:

• Gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate development or configuration changes within our event-driven hub product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and develop comprehensive solutions
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans
• Support the implementation and testing phases to ensure the product meets defined requirements and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed environment, with the ability to solve complex integration scenarios, including data flow analysis using tools like Kibana, Grafana, and AKHQ
• Monitor and optimize performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the event-driven hub product
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders, articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions

What you will need:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a System Analyst, Developer, or in a similar role.
• Proficient in requirement gathering, system documentation, and solution design
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data integration
• Proficiency in Polish and English is required
• Practical knowledge of DWH related topics as well as practical skills of SQL/PLSQL (Snowflake) and noSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with the ability to understand and document cloud-native solutions
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks (e.g., ELK stack).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Good understanding of networking and security protocols, particularly in the context of industry standards and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, EKS)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and technologies, with strong diagnostic skills to identify root causes

Nice to have: 

• Microservices / SOA
• Experience as Solution architect / Business & System analyst
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python is a plus
