Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Address and resolve support inquiries from an assigned ticket queue
  • Provide support for projects involving cloud services, particularly with Microsoft Azure
  • Contribute to the optimization of our support procedures for greater effectiveness
  • Collaborate on the rollout of new infrastructure systems
  • Assist with the integration of cloud-based technologies


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in SQL for data management and querying
  • Basic understanding of virtual machine software, ideally within a Microsoft Azure context
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and an awareness of the software development process
  • Fluency in both English and Polish, with strong communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively resolve issues
