Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, end-to-end systems and act as a trusted advisor for both technical teams and clients.

Key Requirements

• Strong focus on software architecture (rather than infrastructure)

• Experience in .NET or Java ecosystems is a strong plus

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience

• Fluent or near-native English (native is a plus)

• Availability to start ASAP and willingness to travel occasionally to the US

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution architecture across application and data domains

• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs

• Ensure alignment across frontend, backend, and integration layers

• Drive architectural standards and best practices

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams

• Lead client discussions and support delivery planning

• Identify risks and optimize architectural solutions

Requirements

Must-have:

• Experience in Solution Architecture or a similar role

• Strong background in enterprise or cloud-native systems

• Experience in distributed or multi-team environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of API-driven and integration-based systems

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with .NET or Java

• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures

• Knowledge of AI integration patterns (e.g., MCP, workflows)

• Understanding of data platforms and integrations
