Role Overview
We’re looking for a ServiceNow UI Builder Developer who will design and build modern, intuitive user interfaces using the Now Experience Framework. You’ll create dashboards, workspaces, and portals that enhance user adoption and streamline business processes across the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop custom UIs using ServiceNow UI Builder and Now Experience components.
Build tailored portals, dashboards, and workspaces for various business units.
Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and accessibility of UI solutions.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and functional teams.
Integrate UI components with modules like ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
Create reusable UI components and maintain consistent design standards.
Produce documentation and define best practices for UI development.
Skills & Attributes
Solid experience with ServiceNow UI Builder and the Now Experience Framework.
Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript and Angular/React.
Understanding of CMDB and ITSM/ITOM processes is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset and design-thinking approach.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
Proven work on UI Builder projects.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, UI/UX-focused) preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
