ServiceNow ITOM Architect

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale IT Operations Management solutions. You'll own the architecture of ITOM modules within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, automation, and operational visibility across hybrid/cloud environments. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with strong influence on platform strategy and best practices.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).

• Define platform roadmap, standards, and reusable components.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams to build accurate service models and integrations.

• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring/automation tools (e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds).

• Ensure CMDB data integrity and alignment with ITSM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow workflows.

• Guide MID Server deployments, credentials strategy, and API-based integrations.

• Oversee delivery, review technical work, and optimize platform performance.

What you bring

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, including 3+ in ITOM architecture.

• Deep expertise in ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management.

• Strong background in integrations, automation, and enterprise infrastructure.

• Knowledge of ITIL, CI/CD practices, and cloud/hybrid environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams.

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification (ITOM preferred).

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or related.

• Experience with cloud operations, DevOps automation, or AI/ML-based monitoring.

• Fluency in English (C1/C2) or additional EU languages.
