Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong experience in complex web applications and mobile-responsive design to join an international product design team.

You will focus on shaping the desktop and responsive web experience of a large-scale platform operating in a complex domain. The role requires confidence in designing advanced workflows while ensuring consistency across web and native mobile experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design structured, intuitive desktop web workflows

• Create high-quality responsive behaviours aligned with native mobile experiences

• Define user flows, IA, and interaction patterns for complex, multi-step tasks

• Collaborate with researchers, designers, and multiple engineering teams

• Deliver polished UI with strong hierarchy and usability

• Clearly communicate and justify design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing complex web applications with strong mobile-responsive execution

• Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI craft and clear UX thinking

• Experience working in multi-team, parallel delivery environments

• Ability to apply research insights and iterate effectively

• Strong communication and adaptability.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other complex domains

• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
