Senior Product Manager – DevOps / Platform

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the DevOps for Platform team — the group responsible for delivering core DevSecOps tools that power continuous integration, development, and deployment across the EDP platform.

This role focuses on defining product vision and roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that platform services meet the evolving needs of engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for core DevOps and platform tools.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.

• Translate strategic goals into actionable product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

• Manage product lifecycle — from idea to launch — including planning, documentation, and progress tracking.

• Drive backlog prioritization and sprint planning using JIRA and Confluence.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in cloud or DevOps-related environments.

• Strong track record of leading cloud-native product initiatives (AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid).

• Excellent understanding of Agile practices, sprint planning, and quarterly delivery cycles.

• Advanced skills in JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and stakeholder coordination.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to Have

• Experience with QA automation, service management, or platform expansion projects.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, IAM/RBAC, and observability / monitoring tools.

• Background in building or managing large-scale platform solutions.
