Senior Oracle Hyperion EPM Consultant

Join a technology-driven consulting team in Poland delivering Oracle EPM solutions to leading organisations across EMEIA and globally. This is a senior role offering strong exposure to complex finance transformation programmes and the opportunity to grow your consulting and technical skills across multiple Oracle EPM products.

The role

As a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant, you’ll work across the full delivery lifecycle—designing, implementing, testing, deploying and supporting enterprise performance management solutions. You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and work directly with senior stakeholders at high-profile clients.

What you’ll do

• Deliver functional and technical Oracle EPM solutions aligned with client requirements

• Configure, customise and deploy Oracle EPM applications (e.g., EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, NR, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS)

• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and senior leadership

• Support pre-sales activities: RFPs, PoCs, estimation, staffing and proposal development

• Lead solution design for planning and/or consolidation streams (metadata, task flows, processes)

• Perform functional and technical testing for new features, enhancements and fixes

• Provide advanced support and act as an escalation point for complex issues

• Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and driving quality delivery

What you bring (must-have)

• Experience working with clients across multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle

• 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with at least one of: HFM, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, PBCS/EPBCS

• Strong understanding of the functional consolidation process and a techno-functional profile

• Practical experience designing task flows and metadata in FCCS/HFM and/or Planning/PBCS/EPBCS

• Ability to independently propose solutions for consolidation or planning enhancements and issues

• Confidence acting as a solution architect for Oracle Planning and/or Consolidation workstreams

• Ability to quickly understand complex business concepts and translate them into effective EPM solutions

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another language: German, French, or Italian

• Experience with other EPM platforms beyond Oracle
