Senior IT FA Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior subject-matter expert in Fund Accounting, supporting new initiatives, enhancements, and ongoing projects.

• Bridge business and IT by translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs.

• Ensure Fund Accounting solutions comply with global Securities Services standards, market practices, and client expectations.

• Lead and support analysis, testing activities, user acceptance testing, and resolution of complex operational issues.

• Collaborate closely with IT teams, architects, project managers, and operations to deliver scalable, multi-jurisdiction solutions.

• Contribute to project governance by tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and by maintaining high-quality documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role within Fund Administration or Financial Services.

• Strong expertise in Fund Accounting and related operations (e.g. accounting, corporate actions, OTC, reporting).

• Proven ability in business process analysis, functional design, and testing methodologies.

• Experience with MultiFonds (MFGA) and basic SQL knowledge are strong assets.

• Solid understanding of project lifecycle and delivery frameworks, with a client-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency (C1).
